Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work under management of reported to training manager in GSAC Directorate of technical crew.
- The Instructor will report to the training manager and be responsible for establishing and implementing training programs for H145 platform in accordance with PSS/GSAC training Manuals.
- Develop and provide formal instructions on the installation, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of H145 avionics (B2) systems including automatic flight controls, electronic standby instrument system, air data computer system, RAD ALT, IFF, GPS/NAV equipment and all other Mission Equipment on PSS/GSAC Aircraft and associated components, at the organizational level of maintenance.
- Teaches and apply activities engaged in training of an aviation specially. Supervises activities involved in the development, implementation and analysis of manual/automated training systems to deliver and include the functions knowledge, skills and techniques.
- Activate the role of instructional processes as specially matter expertise (instructor) to achieve the long term and short-term plans in training through applying training activities of build training curriculums, courses, training material, manuals and conduct courses to qualify the PSS/GSAC’s technical manpower.
- The Instructor is the expert (SME) in Aircraft avionics specialty and course delivery. Has gained wide experience in the required technical field in industry and/or across the range of PSS/GSAC courses. The job holder acts as a reference of the specialty in PSS/GSAC technical crew, ensuring high standards are met in every aspect of his work.
- Has a deep understanding of technical (avionics) GSAC courses and can communicate this with peers and clients alike. As Instructor progress within their career they expand their sphere of influence and responsibilities. Technical Instructors are responsible for providing challenging theoretical instruction to course participants during the period of training program.
- Technical instructor teaches applied and specialized courses in a particular field, science, academic, technical and vocational subjects to PSS/GSAC manpower. The job holder will develop courses and/or deliver theoretical and practical training for PSS/GSAC.
- Delivers to the highest standard to create maximum impact / learning / training, a wide variety/ of technical development courses to a diverse range of PSS/GSAC requirements, whilst ensuring a high level of PSS/GSAC satisfaction is achieved.
- Throughout course delivery, link all areas of training, learning, safety, and rapport, while ensuring specific
- PSS/GSAC course objectives and context are met, together with transferring of knowledge to PSS/GSAC manpower.
- Transfers of learning and linking back / forward to the courses aims is a core part of delivery. This process is presented from the start of each course and is central to the PSS/GSAC’s use of the theoretical/practical learning model.
- Acts as technical support for other trainers and coordinators in activities such as knowledge and skill which require additional instructional staff.
- Follows established PSS/GSAC manuals / guidelines and follows all PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
- Look after and maintain and of The PSS/GSAC’s equipment and resources.
- Teaches the attended personnel as required and continue to develop technical skills, support and develop PSS/GSAC training initiatives.

- Technical Instructors are responsible to provide challenging theoretical instruction to courses participants during the period of training program.
- Prepares and participates in cross training with staff / colleagues / coordinators ...etc,
- Accurately completes all required courses and paperwork within required timelines.
- Develops and delivers a curriculum that addresses course objectives; Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve trainees in challenging learning opportunities.
- Provides review and analysis to the training documents/materials and Provides feed back to amend them as higher standard.
- Provides feedback to trainees that will enhance their knowledge growth.
- Attends faculty meetings to formativeIy evaluate trainee progress and determine improvement strategies for trainees.
- Complete summative evaluations highlighting trainees' strengths and need.
- Submits curriculum evaluation for the purpose of improving program services.
- Teaches and supervises trainees using lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, workshop sessions, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects.
- Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate trainees' progress,
- Provide consultation services to GSAC directorate technical crew as requested.
- Provide individual tutorial or remedial instruction to students who require it
- Supervises independent or group projects, field placements, practical / hands-on training.
- Teaches college level trainees or higher the knowledge and skills that they need to be successful in the professional field and perform skills assessments or tests to track their individual progress.
- Updates knowledge in the required field of expertise and understand current learning theories.
- Uses word processing, database, spreadsheet, and presentation, internet, and email software. Uses updated software to post lecture notes, assignments and supplementary material for trainees.
- Performs basic office and computer work for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an extreme focus on integrity and safety
- Act as a coordinator of assigned elements of the project so that they meet PSS/GSAC requirements.
- Familiar with, and apply, a range of interpersonal and communication skills with levels of management.
- Significant understanding of the PSS/GSAC objectives, or an ability to develop this quickly.
- Confident and assured in situations involving PSS/GSAC’s officers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Sets objective and execute Quality and Training plans and provides theoretical/ practical area and use of technology in classroom.
- Deals to participants with diverse backgrounds and motivates trainees toward theoretical/ practical endeavors.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in avionics specials or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specially (Minimum 2years).
- EASA Part 66 / FAA License is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in in H145 Maintenance and minimum 3 years proven experience as Technical Instructor.
- Type rating in H-45 by approved organization from OEM.
- Experience in Develop and instruct OJT training curriculum in respective field for fresh maintenance technicians or advanced maintenance technicians that have maintenance experience.
- Experience in Develop teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate the technical training courses.
- Experience to directly supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations and be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and Maintain training records with adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
- Have 3 Years as Technical writing position is preferred."
- Preferred to be Qualified as a Level-7 in his related specialty of the logistics, maintenance and training specialties.
- Must have Instructor qualification/course certificate from recognized organization.
- English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) in minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for Non-Native speaker. Otherwise, the English language will be evaluated in the interview by PSS/GSAC.
- Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS office.
- Must all the above requirements be proven by a copy of an official document and Must and information in the CVs be proven by a copy of an official document.
- Pass the PSS/GSAC’s interview for the applicant (attended physically or online).
- Pass the security clearance from KSA government.
