Requirements:

• Relevant legal degree with between 1 (one) to 3 (three) years post-qualification experience

Key outputs:

• support corporate and business divisions on legal and corporate matters such as legal advice, rules, regulations, applications and procedures
• contribute in the development process of policies, procedures and controls at various levels through input of legal advice on relevant aspects referred
• coordinate with external Law firms in order to pursue legal cases for and against the Group to protect Group’s interest
• provide legal advice to the management on any matter related to the Group’s functioning, expansion proposals, setting up of new subsidiaries, strategic moves etc.
• provide necessary legal support to all branches and Head Office departments
• provide labour relations advice and guidance to the HR department
• draft and vetting of legal documentation, contracts etc. as needed by the Group
• To advise the Group regarding any changes in legislation which may have an effect on the Group.”
