My client is an Aviation MRO based in the Mideast. They are in urgent need of a Senior Recruiter to be based at their HQ. The incumbent will manage the global recruitment portfolio, largely from North America, the UK and South Africa. The role involves, but is not limited to the following:

  • Understanding line manager manpower needs, specifically wrt aircraft Maintenance Technicians
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies based in the USA, UK and South Africa to ensure that they understand the specific Technical requirements
  • Ensuring that the manpower needs are met on time
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Feedback and follow up with line managers
  • Coordinating mobilisation and relocation of international appointees
  • Being able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Experience of working on aviation projects / contracts
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently using a variety of media (email, skype, telephonic)
